The Cookery ClassesThese are not demonstrations by chefs as seen on television. We believe that the best way to learn these dishes is to do them yourself, so all the classes are hands-on. Our teachers are the local housewives of Lecce whose recipes have been handed down through the countless generations from mother to daughter.
You won’t find some these recipes in a book, they’re merely part of the rich tapestry of Lecce’s history.  |
